Join Dr. Helena Boersma for an introductory course on What the Heck Should I Eat Now???  This new course is designed to sort through the zaniness of hundreds of dietary programs that can be so confusing and misleading.  We will dig deep into dozens of dietary theories to learn what foods your body thrives on that help ensure a healthy, balanced and vibrant life.  Through a combination of discussions, homework assignments and practice assignments, you will learn:

  • Foods that your personal body thrives on
  • How your personality might influence your view of food and choices
  • How/why your food choices may differ from your friends and families
  • How your mood may shift based on foods you eat
  • How your environment influences your food and lifestyle choices
  • How behaviors get in the way of you making healthy food choices and how to interrupt those behaviors
  • Learn how food cravings get set up and how to gain control of them

By the end of the 6-week session, you will have a good understanding of the foods your body thrives on, how to nurture a healthy and balanced relationship with food, and how to build a vibrant life with food.
